q111 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on q111. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. q111 bears no liability for losses arising from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.

• You must provide a valid email address that you own and can access.

q111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
